Product Description
A solid silver tablet ring created using the ancient method of lost wax casting. The ring depicts the image of the Temple of Aphrodite in Paphos. These style rings originate from the Roman period around 100 – 300 AD. Solid gold versions were often attained as souvenirs during this period. I loved the design and history behind this ancient engraving and as a result created my own in recycled sterling silver.
This ring is finished with an ice white effect to replicate a carving in stone.
