All of our pieces come delivered in a cardboard box which is widely recycled, please help us and the environment. We have taken the time to use recycled biodegradable stickers to help wrap our product. Each order comes with a branded reusable hessian bag which helps protect the silver and can be used over and over again to store all your Jaded and other jewellery items in. Our boxes are sealed with plastic free packaging tape. We try our hardest to keep the use of plastic to an absolute minimum as we feel it’s our responsibility to help the environment in any and every way we possibly can.

UK Delivery

Our pieces are posted using royal mail signed and tracked delivery. Once your item has been created (which is usually within 3 weeks as all pieces are made to order) We will post your item to you. This is usually next day however you will be sent your tracking reference to find out where your parcel is.

International Delivery

We use royal mail for our international delivery. Recently with Covid-19 our international deliveries have been delivered within 2 weeks of receiving your tracking number. You can keep an eye on your item to see if it has been held up in quarantine or if the item is out for delivery. Please go to www.royalmail.com and use your tracking reference to check.
